Anyone have any great tips for fighting off a cold? I feel like I ask this every three months and also like I know all the tips at this point, yet here I am again, feeling like SHIT.
Granted - I know it's my own fault after a 4 day wedding weekend and a long flight back to LA, but it's still summer in here! In fact, it's Indian Summer (is that offensive by the way? And what's the origin?) so the last thing I want is a nasty cold whilst I enjoy the heat.
I think I'm going to start ripping some Emergen C shots...
